Only the green lights twinkle. I purchased 3 boxes and this is true for all three boxes so I do not think it is just a defective box, I think it is something in the way the lights are manufactured. Very disappointed because I thought ALL the lights would twinkle.

We bought these and they work great but they seem to pull apart if snagged on limbs when removed. they could be a little more resilient to handling I think. Other than that they look and work great.
