I love this product. My only problem is the blades are extremely sharp and it is VERY easy to cut yourself. Other than that, I love it!!

With a little practice it gets easier to use. I find that prep is helpful. Shaping harder vegetables to a manageable size and making sure the unit is firmly anchored, and fitted into the blade guide. Using this product requires some physical strength. It is manual, not electric. Good quality and price.
