Cuisinart 1.5 Qt. White Ice Cream Maker with Easy Lock Lid

I purchased this ice cream maker brand upon a recommendation by a very reputable online cooking site and am blown away how easy it is to use – way easier than the old fashioned ice and salt process of freezing ice cream. The creaminess of texture and flavors I’ve made so far are stunning; I can’t wait to start creating some of my own flavor combinations. It also makes high quality sorbets and sherbets. I highly recommend buying the Cuisinart ice cream storage containers as well – they fit the 1.5 quarts of ice cream this machine makes perfectly.

Good ice cream maker you just have to freeze the container for at least 12 hours before use. This makes great ice cream but clean up can be a bit messy. Also wish it was just a bit bigger.

The ice cream maker is very easy to use. I have only made the basic vanilla and chocolate so far. Followed the Cuisinart recipe in the book and the ice cream was very tasty. I shared the ice cream with friends and they all gave it a thumbs up. I am looking forward to trying some of the other recipes soon.
