Denby is a high quality, English made, stoneware manufacturer. This bowl is solidly made with an awesome brilliant dark blue outside glaze. The inner glaze has a stellar pattern that is a gradient from the outer dark blue glaze to a light blue to white polished look. Completely microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. This is a beautiful piece. Deserving of any countertop with some assorted fruit or full of salad, rice, or some hot vegis.

Bigger than I expected from the picture & the most versatile serving dish I have. I would definitely consider 2 of these. Attractive & great quality.

This is a great quality serving bowl made in England. The pattern is subtle yet very striking. The bowl is perfect for a serving of vegetables,mashed potatoes or rice. An ideal size, not too small or too big. I have another Denby small bowl and hope to add others to my collection. The serving bowl would make a perfect hostess gift,wedding gift or a gift for any occasion.

We have quite a few of these bowls – we use them for breakfast bowls/ pudding bowls/side salad/ and even for storage of leftovers and so they get used every day. Very strong and resilient to everyday use – dishwasherproof too

The Denby Halo Medium Serving Bowl is not only absolutely gorgeous, it holds a large amount of food and will make your table look beautiful. I have fallen so in love with Denby and especially the Halo collection. The design is just stunning and the fact that this line is microwave, dishwasher, freezer and oven safe and chip resistant is unbelievable! I don’t know how they do it but I am so glad they do. I LOVE this serving bowl so much and am so grateful for such a nice quality piece. You can use it for a nice dinner party or for a regular family style get together. It’s great for cold or hot foods. It’s very versatile and like the box says “Designed for Living and Made to Last”! Highly Recommend!

Truly beautiful serving bowl. Very classy for formal use yet can be casual for daily use. The design inside is so pretty but cannot be appreciated because it is hidden by your food! It is very versatile, can go in dishwasher, microwave and oven. So looking forward to making a side dish in the oven for the holidays in it because presentation is very important. Nice size-can handle a decent amount of food. Got a good weight to it but not real heavy and very easy to clean. Also, it was packaged really well with meticulous care so not to break. Very impressed with that. Now that I have this first piece, I’m sure I am going to want to expand my HALO collection.
