Denby Studio Craft 4-Piece Nesting Bowl Set

Just beautiful. I love mid-century style and I feel like this set of bowls fits in perfectly with that aesthetic but is also a stand-alone nice, quilty, beautiful addition to my homeware collection.

I love that there is a size of these that suits every need and I like the toning colours that aren’t too ‘matchy’

These bowls are great for getting an eclectic feel of varied tableware but in a cool design that stacks away nicely. The texture is lovely, reminds me of coconuts and goes with both rustic and modern settings.

This is a set of nesting bowls in the brown Studio Craft line by Denby. I have another set of these nesting bowls in a different pattern, Because of that, it was not a surprise to me that these bowls are not a deep set of bowls but rather more like a cross between a bowl and a platter in looks and in function.I find that I actually prefer that. I like to use these platters to hold smaller portions of foods when I do a buffet style meal. I also like the nesting feature as it takes up less of a footprint in my cupboards.The bowls are gorgeous in four separate colors of brown all the way from a light oatmeal to a deep, dark brown. They nest in terms of one fitting into the next size larger. They don’t nest snuggly, just so that you can store them vertically. They are lovely enough to sit out on your counters if you have the space.I’ll include photos showing how different average size food items fit in so you can get an idea of the size and depth of each one of the bowls.

Really nice set of smaller (round) bowls, perfect for helping to get out those holiday spreads without taking up too much of the table. The Denby studio craft nesting bowl set is not a very deep (1 ½” for the largest) set so I would not be using it for soups and such, but it is perfect for many other serving items. The bowl dimensions are roughly: 5.25″, 6.5″, 8″ and 9.5. Once their use is complete, the bowls nest perfectly with each other taking up very little space during storage. The Product is made in England from locally sourced clay and have an earth tone color. The design pattern is artistic with a stunning textural glaze that can go with a modern or rustic theme adding that pleasant little accent to the table. This stoneware is microwave, dishwasher, oven and freezer safe making it very versatile. The stoneware is twice fired making it color safe, hygienic and making the surface look like it is made from glass when it’s really stoneware. This is a great set of smaller bowls, well made, versatile and very pleasing to the eye so they are great for entertaining. recommended.
