This Dewalt 1/2″ pipe clamp is a really nice unit for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it. You only need the pipe :-). I got it to help me repair an antique rocker, a little wood glue and this clamp and this 60 year old rocker is rock solid again. I used an 18″ half inch pipe for the chair but it is good to know that if I need a wider clamp It is as simple as picking up a different length pipe. Pipes are cheap.

The one to the end it’s not Hold Tight the pipe. So when you tight it in. It getting lose. Keeping going backward. it’s not holding. I thought the dewalt was really good but not this one.I bought a couple before a really good still working now but not this one. I have to return this one next week
