These tools are Tier 1 in my opinion. I’ve watched alot of test and comparison videos. I trust DeWalt.

Just what I needed. Works well and battery life a little longer than other dewalt models.

I love the set, was a good price and I love how they work. The LED lights are awesome for low light areas.

Awesome power in a small package; I just used the combo to replace 500 sq ft of decking. Over the last 20 years I’ve had many hours of reliable service from my 12V and 18V NiCad DeWalt drills. Lion batteries rock, and the addition of a separate driver tool (with quick release and 3 torque levels) eliminates the need to swap drill and driver bits, really speeding up operations and not tempting you to skip a pilot hole ! The lights are an awesome addition, with the drill having 3 levels of brightness and can be used as a worklight so you can keep you $600 flashlight (cell phone) in you pocket. Finally, it is assembled in the USA, albeit of global components.

Excellent tools. My purchase saved me hours of time on my shed assembly project. Granted, my tools are out of date, but my De Walt Combo Kit made me feel like I actually knew what I was doing! I’m encouraged to attempt new projects. Thanks for asking.

Have owned for a few weeks. No issues. Much improved over the 19.5v options from years ago, which definitely served their purpose, but have been aged-out of the market. Pleny of room in the bag for two or three bit sets, too. Lightweight, but sturdy. Very pleased. Just make sure you press the batteries into the charger until you hear the “clunk” or “click” to make sure they are seated firmly into the charger. They don’t just slide right in; you’ve got to press a bit hard to make sure they are secure.
