DIABLO 4-1/2 in. 80-Grit Steel Demon Grinding and Polishing Flap Disc with Integrated Speed Hub

I build “Heirloom Quality” Custom Woodwork (and have for 38 years) I know I can depend on Freud but especially their “Diablo” line of blades, grinding and sanding. This disk has outperformed all other brands, I’m working on a “River Table” from a Misqeute slab, the small planer skips will sand out to be “Pools” the same as the river. This disk cuts quick and easy. I highly recommend all Diablo’s line of disks

I used this to attach to actually cope crown molding and baseboard. I attached to my DeWalt grinder, which I was skeptical since it’s a huge grinder that requires two hands to use. It worked perfectly coping out crown and baseboard. Much faster then a coping saw (or I suck at using the saw, who knows). I do recommend using a file to get closer and more precise because 12,000 AMPS and this flap disc aren’t made for precision…..I learned the hard way, but on a scrap piece at least. Great purchase and easy to attach to grinder, just screw on.

This self threading flap disc is very easy to change out and works perfectly. I have been pleasantly surprised with the long life of these things.

Good product, cut oxide really fast

I removed an 8 ft metal plate and used this to grind down the edges . Worked great, left the edges nice and smooth and the screw on feature was a great use for easy placing and removal on my angle grinder

Excellent product!!!!!!It lasted longer and worked better than any other product that I ever tried.I used with an angle grinder to refinish an older deck to remove paint and stain.The results were fantastic!!!!!
