Elite 6-Tier Food Dehydrator

This Food Dehydrator was everything I thought it would be It is incredible, quiet, the perfect accessory to any kitchen. It is so quiet I was not sure if it was working.

This has been a game changer in my food storage game. Love the results I’m getting in my veggies and fruit. Hooray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehydrator is very nice, love that it’s very compact, love that it’s quick and no sound, turns off when it’s done, dehydrates food very well, has very heavy duty metal racks, very easy to clean, easy to put together, love the window, easy to clean.

It’s larger than I expected and does take up a lot of counter space but I’m okay with that because there’s ample amounts of room inside to make large batches of dried fruits, veggies or meats at once. The programmable controls make this dehydrator very simple to use. It’s also very quiet when it’s in use. The front door opens and closes with ease. The racks are easy to clean. To use, all you do is place your sliced food items on the rack, set the temp and time and let it do its thing. Once the timer ends, the dehydrator will automatically shut off. This is an important feature for me because I don’t have to worry about over dehydrating if I were to forget to turn the machine off. This is truly a great dehydrator and I like how easy it is to use plus my fruits come out tasting amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I decided to bite the bullet and get an actual oven dehydrator and try my luck with it. Boy, am I glad I did! I have another brand of dehydrator that wasn’t enclosed in and I gave up dehydrating because, quite frankly, the thing just didn’t work right! However, this one! Let me tell you, it is impressive! Over the weekend I processed some cilantro, raspberries, bananas and strawberries. They turned out exactly as I was hoping AND the time recommendations were SPOT ON! I am so excited to continue this journey in dehydrating because I enjoy food preservation so much. This dehydrator is perfect and it was not expensive at all. I will have my money back in no time at all from all the dehydrated foods I will not have to buy at the store anymore! Highly recommend this!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldnt wait to open this dehydrator and make something. The same day it arrived I decided to try beef jerky and zucchini chips. I’ve never owned a dehydrator before but this thing is so simple to use. I absolutely love it. My jerky and chips came out perfect. My family loved it too. I’ll definitely be getting good use out if this super nice gadget.

This Elite 6-tier food dehydrator work great. Use this to make beef jerky and it was A plus.

The idea of dehydrating foods should not be considered an easy or fast thing to do. Will take time and serious devotion to the effort.This unit is large, with 6 trays where a good quantity of herbs, etc. can be loaded.However the controls are rather glitchy, in that you toggle between time and heat and up/down keys. I found that the time/temp switched before I could set either one, and had to repeat several times.The lower temp of 140 degrees and 5 hours used to dry herbs, according to their supplied instruction manual, did not work. Needed 4 more hours at 140 degrees, and then 2 hours at 160 degrees.I Googled several sites on dehydrating before I could get a successful test.But will endeavor to continue as these results are way cheaper / fresher than the bottled herbs.
