[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this pan! My favorite, go-to pan to use. The size is perfect for cooking almost anything. I like the weight of it and the design. It’s not heavy but is made heavy duty and high-quality! I also love that it can go in the oven. I use it on a daily basis and is VERY easy to clean and you can use any type of utensil on it. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a middle of the road size pan but on the top end of quality!

The handle is very nice too. It does not heat up so it is easy to handle. It is also very easy to clean afterwards.

It’s a heavy pan and heats up and retains heat really well which makes for a very even cooking experience. I plan on getting more of these in difference sizes.

This pan is very durable and is not heavy so its easy to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gotham Steel cast iron pan has a nice weight to it. Heavy enough to carry the heat but not so heavy when it’s filled you can’t control it. The handle feels good in your hand. And it has cleaned up beautifully after use with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cast iron style pan it’s great but it isn’t non stick. If it was just marked a cast iron frying pan I’d give it 5 stars. I’ve used non stick and cast iron pans for years and while this seems to be a good balance of the two… it’s lacking on the non stick side in my opinion.If you’re looking for cast iron pan but without the heft of a full cast iron pan… then this is for you
