The pan fries food surprisingly well. I can put several pieces of meat in and I haven’t experienced any uneven cooking or burning of the food. I would recommend it since it’s build quality is pretty nice and it fits neatly in my cupboards. I only wish it came in a variety of colors to match an array of kitchen ware. However, the pan is still worth the money.
