Hamilton Beach 3 in 1 180 sq. in. Black Indoor Grill with Removable Grids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband saw the box that the grill/griddle was in, he said, “This looks like something I could cook on.” My thought was, “You’ve GOT to be kidding! You can’t cook more than one thing at a time, even if it is all in one place.” Then he went on to say, as he laughed, “So easy even a husband could do it.” My next thought was, “Wait, maybe we should pursue this because, what if it works!” So, we did. Took it out of the box. It’s light weight. There are two small reversible grill plates instead of one large plate which is really nice. It makes them easy to handle whether you’re washing them by hand or putting them in your dishwasher. Each side also has its own temperature control, so it’s easy to prepare 2 different types of food at one time. I will say that you need to be sure to check out the user’s guide for how to get the grill plates on. It’s not hard to do but just a little different than you might expect. There is also information in the user’s guide about cooking temperatures for different types of foods. We were cooking bacon and eggs. So, back to the husband cooking…He did require some assistance simply because he really didn’t know how to cook more than one thing at a time, but I do think he will be able to do it next time by himself. We’ve only had it a week but I like this product much better than the one I used to have which was a different brand because it’s lighter and because of the ability to cook different foods at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good 3 in 1 grill it heats up very quick and evenly. We have cook chicken and made breakfast on the grill. You can nearly put a whole pack of bacon on.the grill and the plates are big enough to where the slice lay perfect on the plates with no problem. The grease drains off in the drain pan that comes with it. We wipe cooking oil on the plates instead of spraying cooking spray on them. On the chicken we had our plates reverse when we cook our chicken using the grill side and the chicken cook up very quick and it will hold several pieces at once. Just remember to not use metal utensils when cooking with this grill and you should get along life out of this grill it is really a very nice grill.

It makes perfect pancakes and I can make multiple pancakes at a time with the large cooking area of the 2 griddles. It heats up quickly and is nice and level. When using the grill side it also heats quickly and easily fit 4 nice size new york steaks without overcrowding. It is very easy to clean and the grill plates are dishwasher safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I liked this product & its great features,( ie, Grill/Griddle combo) I felt the knobs on it felt a little flimsy. They seem like they could break easily, almost made cheaply. I did love the feature of being able to use the grill or griddle simultaneously. Or using all one! Also, the cleanup and use are relatively simple. Will continue to use this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying out this 3 in 1 Grill and Griddle and knowing how good it is to have, especially if you want to avoid a lot of heat in the kitchen, this product is a must. Cooking with this product made it easy when the family wanted burgers, hot cakes, eggs, warming up food like tacos, or even putting bread so that the butter would melt quickly made it so much better. You will find countless of things to do on this product, especially in the morning when each person wants a different item to eat. This will be a must have item for the kitchen, especially when you save from heating the house with the oven or stove and very easy to clean. A very good edition for the kitchen and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am fortunate to have a kitchen island with electrical outlets so I can have a cup of coffee (am) or glass of wine (pm) and read the news or a book (iPad) while monitoring a meal cooking””how awesome is that? Eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese, tortillas””so good. The dual temp feature is very convenient The non-stick grill and griddle need little or no oil or grease; PERFECT for grilled vegetables (which require monitoring, but that’s easy now). Low or no fat is a dietary preference so I have not seen much fat/grease buildup in the little trough.

Nice. But once I washed the grill plates in dishwasher, everything sticks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the grill. Works great for a small family. Wish it was bigger. I have a large family, lots of grandchildren. Makes great pancakes and eggs. Great for breakfast but for my family I would need something bigger.
