Should have gotten this a year ago. I have arthritis in my hands and needed help in food preparation for cooking & baking. I have probably used this every other day since I bought it and it has made my life so much easier. It’s easy to set up, clean and use. It doesn’t take up much room on the countertop (I don’t put it away, because I am using it so much). I have only had this for about a month so don’t know about long term, but right now, it is my go to kitchen appliance.

The performance of this processor is great. In seconds, I have shredded or sliced food to cook. It also chops very quickly making prep for meals easy and quick. Really like the scrapper feature and this is the only processor I saw that had one. I have only had this processor for a short time, but if it continues to perform as it does now, I would rate it as Excellent!
