The unit works very well. Two rotary knives included give great flexibility. Yes, there is a mess to clean up, but not a problem with some practice. Love the tool!

Of course this thing rocks. It cut cheese well but cut a turkey breast for sandwiches perfectly. It is definitely a great purchase. Just watch for how much you use it in one setting. It gets hot quick and let the blade do the work don’t force it

The slicer is perfect. We absolutely love it. Does all it says it should do and more. We have healthy deli meat now all the time.
