looks great, well packaged. Ideal for a large home or business with much headroom. Unlit is fine, wouldn’t want to have to troubleshoot a 16 foot tree for lighting! Added our lights so can look different and fresh every year. Secure stand, exceeds all we thought it might be. At around 1300.00, other places wanting in excess of 2300.00 for same height and style. A great buy !!!
