Omega Vertical Slow Speed Masticating Red Juicer

I love it, it’s quiet, fast and wonderful! Works with green leaves, oranges, lemons, watermelons… Everything!!!!!! Struggles a little with carrots and hard veggies but at the end, it manages. I use it almost everyday!!! It’s also so easy to clean!!

The best juicer I’ve ever owned. What impressed me most about this juicer is the quantity and quality of the juice and how dry the pulp is, which means I am getting the most out of my produce. It is a one trick pony that only juices though. It does not blend or make nut butter or sorbet, it only juices, which is why I wanted it, and what it is designed to do, and what it does a fantastic job at. No juicers are super easy to clean up, but it is the easiest juicer I have ever cleaned up after. All in all I couldn’t be much happier unless someone else was making the juice for me.

I bought the juicer about a month ago and wanted to use it for fruits/veg and wheatgrass, but the wheatgrass gets tangled in the top of the juicer and I have to stop the machine, take the top off to untangle the strands of grass. This happens every time and I have tried every way possible to feed the grass into the machine with no luck. I have cut it into tiny pieces, in half, thirds and still it does not just go through and juice. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

I ordered the Omega VSJ843 on Jan 2, 2016 and it arrived quickly. This is the most amazing juicer I have ever used. I have an Omega 8004 and love it but the VSJ843 is a quantum leap ahead. The yield per amount of produce is 1 1/2 times greater then the Omega 8004. The pulp is so dry. I must give a shoutout to John Kohler (You know his YouTube Videos) for his recommendation and excellent instructional videos on using the Omega VSJ843.

I’m absolutely impressed with this juicing machine. I was amazed at how quiet this juicer is when I turned it on. I then started to use it and was more impressed. I can’t believe how much juice I’m getting as compared to my centrifugal juicer. The greens & fruit being extracted is so dry. This means that I’m getting every bit of juice possible from what ever I put into the machine. I even received juice from a banana peal (had to try it). The pieces come apart easily for cleaning & fit together nicely. This is a very well engineered machine. It is a bit expensive, however with the 15 year warranty combined with the quality of the machine & juice that is produced, it is well worth every dollar. This is the last juicer I will ever buy. I highly recommend this juicer. You will not be disappointed.

First time using the VSJ843 and we are very, very happy. Seemed like a lot of money for this equipment but it is worth every penny. If you are thinking about juicing, don’t waste you time on anything else.

Had a centrifugal juicer for years, quit using because of the noise, noise, noise.This is the best juicer ever! Love love love it. I was a little worried because all the parts I saw on a you tube video, but it’s SOOOOOOO EASY TO CLEAN & assemble, my 5 year old great niece can do it, it’s that easy. And no sharp blades to get cut on. I LOVE IT. Great investment

I bought the Omega VSJ843QS after hours of agonizing and watching videos and reviews on various types and brands of juicers, and I am so glad I did! I had a Champion juicer for many years, and when I started an intense juicing program, realized my old champion was way out of date! It was putting a 2 inch head of foam on my celery juice, it looked like green beer! I knew it was time for a new juicer. The Omega VSJ843QS is quiet, efficient, the yield is excellent, produces almost no foam, and it has juiced everything I have thrown at it. These slow RPM juicers are like cold press juicers, so they do not oxidize the juice, so it is the healthiest juice you can make. It is so quick and easy to clean! I even juiced a whole pineapple in it (I cut it up first, of course)! All vertical juicers require more food prep on certain types of food, but the outcome is worth the extra minute to chop something up a bit first. If you buy one of these, watch John Kohler’s (discountjuicers) youtube videos for how to use properly. It will really make your experience delightful! I love my new juicer, and highly recommend it.
