I had some doubts when purchasing this pot. I cook all the time and make huge amounts of Middle Eastern food ( my family is from Palestine) and I was worried about this pan sticking and also if it could be used in the oven. I decided to cross my fingers and hope for the best so I gave it a try. This pot is amazing! It didn’t stick at all like a majority of other pans that I have used did and it was oven safe! Both the pot and lid did just fine in my oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit! This pot is very sturdy and you can tell that it wasn’t cheaply made.
