Pyrex 8 Cup Glass Measuring Cup with Red Lid

So happy I bought this cup with the cover. Great purchase. I’ve used it so many times in the short time I have had it.

Made buttermilk waffle batter, let rest for hour. With tight lid easy to seal, then opened lid and poured batter onto waffle maker. So easy!

I like the versatile feature of this product, the ability to use it in the oven and food storage in the freezer. I like that it has a good fitting lid. I bought 3 and am very happy with it. Actually, I have already bought a Pampered Chef 2 qts batter bowl, but the bottom is not flat like this Pyrex measuring cup, which I like a whole lot better. So I put aside the Pampered Chef to save and give it for a present to somebody instead. Also, this Pyrex is much more affordable than Pampered Chef.

I use this way more than I thought. It is the perfect shape short and wide. I love doing beans in a crock pot so it works for soaking your beans and measuring out the 6 cups of water needed to cook them. Honestly if it broke tomorrow I would buy another.

Pyrex is always the best.

This is a great measuring cup to have. It is nice and big so can handle many different tasks as a mixing bowl or bowl to cook in. The shape of the handle makes it easy to stack with other bowls. It is great that it can go in the microwave.

I use this for everything from fudge to vegetable stew. It is great for mixing and for cooking in the microwave. I use it to store leftovers and then put in microwave to reheat. It is a wonderful hostess gift or just a random useful item!
