Wilton Ceramic-Coated 5-Piece Non-Stick Bakeware Set

These pans would make a great gift, but I got them for myself. I love the heavy weight of them and the even way that they cook. They work exceptionally well as nonstick but without the health worry of traditional non-stick, and they go through the dishwasher safely. The color is rich and they clean up easily. I’m not a fan of the marks on the edges to help guide portions because the suggested sizes are much larger than my family wants. I do wish the cake pan came with a lid.

My wife is a great baker & she really likes this set of bakeware. The selection is really good for the baking she does: bread, cookies & biscotti. I’m hoping pizza in the near future. She also uses the bread pans for meat loaf, just the right size. Also, the ceramic coating has worked well; non-stick qualities & no chips. She would order another complete set, but we don’t need another pizza pan.

The least fun part of cooking has to be the cleanup afterwards! The beauty of this bakeware is that nothing seems to stick to the surface even when the dish is over baked. For easier cleanup and/or to guarantee an easy release (e.g., pineapple upside-down cake, candied yams or raisin filled cookies), I line them with parchment paper. Although these are advertised as dishwasher safe (directions recommend NOT using dishwasher detergent tabs), I still prefer to wash them by hand. In addition, since these pans are stamped from steel, a complete drying may be necessary to prevent rusting within each pans rolled over lip. Lastly, an interesting feature is that each pan is embossed with easy-cut guides for portion control… like THAT is going to help me when pizza is involved *yum!*.

This Ceramic-coated steel nonstick bakeware is at minimum a great starter set. You can feel it has quality just by handling the individual pieces. They are not loose and floppy.My wife was anxious to try it out so she bake a loaf of zucchini bread. The bread came out easily and cooks perfectly. I got to clean it up and even though its’ dishwasher safe I did it by hand. It is the easiest pan I have ever cleaned! I really like about these pans are the easy cut guides, evenly-spaced notches on the edges that make it easy to make uniform size cuts. My honest opinion is that if you are reading this review because you are shopping for good sturdy set of non-stick bakeware this will be a good choice.

If you need more baking pans this is the set to buy.These pans are premium ceramic coated bakeware which is also non stick. The extra durable coating allows for easy removal of foods and an increase in resistance to scratches. In my oven so far they seem to provide very even baking at least with cookies. Although they are dishwasher safe, with the higher edges it’s easier and faster to wash by hand. The pans have a nice heavy weight and easy cut guides on the edges so you can cut your portions exactly the size you want. Really great set.

Great baking set. All of the pans have markings on the sides to “guide” you when cutting your baked products. Perfect for all types of baking. The pizza pan is a great size and fits most frozen pizza brands and perfect for making your own homemade pizza. The lasagna pan is about 4″ deep which is great for family size dinner. The finish is non stick and really works. Cookies slip off with ease. Great gift for new bakers! Must have for all kitchens.

These are a super nice set up non-stick bakeware! I love the combination of sizes and shapes offered in this set… there are a couple of loaf pans, a pizza type pan and two baking sheets. These have a very nice non-stick finish and have a nice solid feel to them, not flimsy or floppy. They also have the added touch of having ridged lines on the rims of the pans to help make nice even portion cuts and servings. These are some of the nicest bakeware I’ve ever owned… and I’ve owned a LOT of bakeware over the years!

My wife has wanted these for a while now. With Valentine’s Day coming up I decided to get them for her. (No, I didn’t have to spend the night in the doghouse, she is a very practical girl). She was delighted when she opened them up! The reason why she wanted these to replace some of her older bakeware was because of the quality of this stuff. Each pan feels like it was molded from high quality materials. They clean up easily because the finish is non-stick, but not that cheap stuff that’s going to come off when you cut a cake or scoop out some lasagna. One of her favorite details are the guide marks on the sides of the pans. No more guessing at where to cut to get equal sized brownies! Buy these for your sweetheart and you will definitely score a few extra points, guys!

This ceramic coated bake ware set seems to distribute the heat evenly to cook food more evenly and achieve excellent results. We used it today to prepared breaded pork chops and fresh asparagus and were very pleased with the outcome. Clean up was quick and easy. We cleaned it with dish detergent and warm water using a sponge and the process was quick and easy. Wilton makes a large variety of baking pans and that is all we will purchase in the future..
