Cooks Standard mulitclad stainless cookware features air-flow technology that makes the handle stay cool. The pan is constructed of clad metal in 3 layers. Interior lining is premium grade 18-10 stainless steel. The core is made of multi-element alloy aluminum for superior heat distribution. The core of aluminum goes from the bottom to the sides. This means you get the toughness of stainless steel with the even heat distribution of aluminum. The exterior is scratch resistant. The pan is compatible with conduction stove tops and is dishwasher safe.

Cooks Standard products are very well made. This particular pan works well on my induction top and its smaller size is perfect for cooking eggs or a grilled sandwich… perfect when cooking 1 “order” at a time. It heats evenly and quickly.I’m looking forward to many years of use from this pan. If it’s like my others, it’ll outlast a dozen “no stick” pans.
