Cuisinart Coffee Center 10-Cup Thermal Coffeemaker and Single-Serve Brewer

Great coffee maker for a single cup or a full pot!

It is not the easiest coffee maker to fill with water but overall a nice coffeemaker.

Like the flexibility of single cup/Keurig or whole pot. Thermal carafe keeps coffee hot and fresh for at least 8 hours.

Have had about three weeks. We have had no real trouble with it… we love that we can use k cup of someone in family just wants a cup individually … only issue is hard to get water in brewer section without splashing elsewhere . We use a plastic gallon milk jug which helps direct the water flow better

I am very happy with my SS-20. The thermal carafe keeps coffee steaming hot over the course of the day and the K-Cup hardware seems more forgiving than Keurig devices (my old Keurig was finicky).The only thing I would change it the intensity of the lighting on the face, it is insanely bright.

Perfect coffee maker, it was exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoy being able to make a single cup and a full pot.

I purchased this coffee pot to replace a Cuisinart pot that I loved. I like the fact that I could make a single cup and also a full pot. The problems that I have had with this pot are that if you don’t line up the coffee pods perfectly in the single pot they explode and the coffee drips all over. I’m not sure if it’s the coffee maker or the pods. This has happened twice so far with two different pod brands. Another thing that happens is that the large pot must be placed perfectly lined up or it spills all over. This has occurred only once because I’ve learned my lesson the hard way. Because of this I’m afraid to use the auto timer. Instead, I just sit and watch the coffee go directly into the pot. The good thing about this pot is that the coffee is very hot and the thermos keeps the coffee hot for at least an hour and a half. Cuisinart is a great company and it makes great products. I hope after reading my review they can make adjustments to improve these problems.

So far, so good. Perfect combo for a teleworking couple, one of whom drinks 3-4 cups and prefers dark roast, while the other is trying to cut back on caffeine and only drinks one cup of regular or decaf.

This coffee maker is feature packed, well built, convenient, stylish and makes great coffee but they could not have made it more difficult for a right handed person to fill the water reservoir. Tedious and a mess every time.

I purchased this coffee maker and single serve brewer over other models for 2 main reasons: past experience with a Cuisinart thermal coffee maker and an attractive countertop design. Additional pros: – Cone shaped coffee filter. Better utilization of coffee grounds – Thermal craft keeps coffee hot without affecting flavor or making coffee taste burnt Items keeping this review from being 5 star: – Filling the water small rear located reservoir is challenging and cumbersome – A dimmer setting for the clock would be nice – On the dial brew, clock, auto setting button, it would be more efficient if the auto and brew setting were next to each other – Lid sometimes is hard to align and close
