Only used it twice so far, but now it is so easy to make REALLY good ice cream! Fresh from the machine it’s a little soft for my liking, so allow time to freeze as well. I hope I don’t gain too much weight . .

What I like about this ice cream maker: 1. The top is big so it is easy to add ingredients into the machine. 2. Simple to use – add ingredients, turn it on, set a timer, and walk away. 3. There are only 3 parts of the machine to wash, the freezer bowl, the stirrer, and the lid.What I wish could be improved: 1. The machine is very noisy when it’s running. 2. A timer function, especially when it’s time to add the optional ingredients like nuts, marshmallows, cookie bits. 3. More recipes online. I’m diabetic and like to experiment with ingredients or how to lower the carb content, sugar, etc. 4. The freezer bowl is too cold when you turn off the machine it is difficult to spoon out all the ice cream stuck to the sides from being frozen.
