DIABLO 4-1/2 in. 40-Grit Steel Demon Corner-Edge Grinding and Polishing Flap Disc with Type 29 Conical Design

The Diablo radiused flap wheel worked very well in blending welds on a carbon steel railing. I was using a die grinder before I found this wheel. The flap wheel was much faster and resulted in a much smoother finish. The wheel is holding up really well.

this is a good price and these last through a lot of grinding. the round contour is especially good when fairing a large weld to shape in marine construction.

Worked really well to remove surface rust from my vehicle.

The corner edge grinding is, of course, the advantage this grinding disc has over others. My only negative is the abrasive wears pretty quickly on both the main flap wheel and the edge especially if you’re starting out on irregular surfaces such as rough, uneven welds. But all in all, it’s a very good disc and helpful on those tight corners.

I use this to cope moulding . I saw it on utube and it works well.

These things are awesome for cleaning up fillet welds.

I was recently using a plain buffing wheel to clean fillet welds took a lot of time. I saw this one and been using it since and works great!
