I have tried to burn cheese and onions in these and it just won’t burn. The even distribution of heat makes cooking a breeze. I love that how with a little soap and water these pans just wipe clean. The only thing I wouln’t recommend is cutting anything while in the pan. Although they claim it can be done that is one thing I just won’t risk

As shown on TV I did it without oil or butter in the pan. The eggs cooked without sticking and were not bad. Next time I will use butter just for the flavor.The next thing I tried was fried potatoes. No problems with that either. I then tried hamburgers. They cooked really good in the pan, but the juices did fry up hard. There was no just wiping the pan out this time. I did in fact have to scrub the pan. It was not difficult though.All in all though, I am very happy with this set of pots and pans. They stack up nicely in the cupboard with a minimal of space. Great for our small apartment. I would recommend these for anyone.
