Great tree. Flock stays on! But once set, not so easy to unset for storage.

Years ago I had an 8 ft tall unlit Christmas tree that was practically as wide at the bottom. It was an absolute chore to decorate because you had to add lights and a ton of ornaments. I’ve been using slim trees since until I ran across this Home Decorators Collection Risch 7.5 ft flocked tree. I have always wanted a flocked Christmas tree and this one does not disappoint. It is flocked from tip to bottom, although the snow does get everywhere, so handle as little as possible. First off the box is huge! You’ll definitely need a place to store it. With that being said, for such a large tree it is surprisingly easy to put together. It did require two of us because the branches fall as soon as you lift a section but you could easily assemble this tree alone if you tied twine around each section first. First you place the included stand on the floor. You then insert the first section. It spreads by itself then falls deeper into the stand. Plug that section in then turn the tree on using the foot on/off button. Do this so you’ll know you’re assembling properly. No need to plug any more cords in because the connection electrical is inside the pole. There are wires throughout the tree for the bulbs, however. Now the second section. All you have to do is align the included arrows then push down gently. If it lights up great! Now install the third section and fluff it on top. It should light up too. You can fluff the entire tree but I choose not to. It is beautiful the way it is and all the branches fall into place on their own. For public displays fluff. What I especially love about this magnificent tree is the muted LED bulbs. They are also covered by the “snow” so give off the warm glow that I’m used to rather than harsh lighting. I have this set up in a bedroom now but cannot wait until Christmas so I can place it in my front window. I may even be able to aim color changing LED lighting at it also. Absolutely love it and it will definitely lend beauty and nostalgia this holiday season. Includes instructions, easy to use stand and extra bulbs.

I feel like I was given a completely different tree than the one pictured. For one, it’s absolutely not 6’5. I’m 5’3 and it’s hardly taller than me. It’s also skinnier and less full than pictured. Pros: easy to assemble.

This tree is perfect for a small apartment. It definitely gives a warm touch to the Christmas season.
