The remote is a nice feature, but the blues, pinks and purples only qork for 10 min after turning it on in the multi mode, after that they get skipped or go black.

I absolutely love the concept of these lights. I purchased them to put on two small fake topiaries on either side of my front door. The idea was to change the lights with each seasonal event. I have noticed, though, that they eat up batteries quickly. I even bought the high quality batteries, and they lasted about two weeks (on for about 4 hours 5x a week). The lights still light, so the batteries aren’t fully dead, but they don’t hold the color setting (they seem to default to red when batteries are low). Now I bought rechargeable batteries so I don’t have to keep buying new ones.
