In using the leaf vacuum, I found this tool to be very hard to navigate. It was heavy and I found it difficult to suck the leaf unless I put the nozzle right to the ground. I tried putting it on a stroller and that helped. It would be better with wheels on the nozzle so I could just roll over the yard. I used it to clean the front yard and I liked that the leaves were mulched. It took me a long time to do just the front yard, which is small but I was determined to finish. I do not recommend this device to anyone who is not strong. It is heavy after only a few minutes and hurts the back. I will continue to use it but I plan on putting wheels on the nozzle somehow to make using the vacuum easier.

Definitely recommend, it’s a work horse! First day out and used it consistently for a good 3-4hrs switching between blower and vac. Vac does a great job of sucking up only leaves, which is important since we live in the high desert with lots of various size rocks in the landscaping. Also doesn’t suck up the dog waste which is a definite bonus as they like to use the leaves. Mulched at least 4 large yard bags of leaves down to about a 1/2 bag. Machine didn’t fuss or complain at any point. Leaps and bounds above the B&D product purchased earlier this year, that didn’t last even one season and was approx the same cost.

My husband is so happy he can mulch leaves and it’s easier on his health. This is a great yard tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] your product sells with a short vacuum hose, it does so intentionally, I think, to get us to buy your accessory that lengthens the hose into a sort of trash can loader. I like it, I think you should sell it with the product.

Bought this about a month ago to blow and mulch all the darn leaves we have on our 1/3 + acre lot and this thing has been great. I’ve used it about six times over a four week stretch for about 7 hours a day blowing, mulching, some raking and emptying the bag over and over until I put a dent in all the darn leaves in front, back and side yards. I love that I can create large piles and then mulch the leaves. I have to occasionally stop to remove small twigs but after that, leaves are pulverized by this thing. Love the shoulder bag that is attached, fills up super quick with leaves but empties pretty quickly. Not too heavy for its size and looks cool. Neighbor saw me with it and inquired about what it did; after a quick demo, she wrote down name and is going to by one for her home also. I would recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old blower/vac that had seen better days. This unit is so much better! The vacuum mulcher does a way better job; since it mulches so small, there are less bags to carry to the curb. Conversion between vacuum and blower is really easy; just remove the bag and twist the dial. I wish there was another handle somewhere, as vacuuming is much more efficient with two hands. But that’s a minor thing compared to the benefits.

Brought this machine as we live on a greenbelt surrounded with trees and thought this would be a perfect fit and it ALMOST is.If I was 5′ or under it would be AMAZING, sadly, as a 5’7″ woman the tube is just a bit too short and trying to find a comfortable position to hold the bag and the Trivac was rather difficult.After a full day of blowing, vacuuming and mulching, my back hurts just as bad if not more than raking.Definitely does what it says it will do just needs a few tweeks

Blower good, vacuum failed after two hours of use, very disappointed

I bought this for my daughter and she opened it the day she got it and loved it. Said it was very light weight and she loved using it.
